Signed William Harnden (American, 1920 – 1983). ‘Alone in the Crowd’. Oil painting on masonite panel, signed lower right, ‘Harnden’.
William Harnden studied at new york’s art students league under Frank V. DuMond, Robert Ward Johnson, John Housanes, and Will Barnet. His works have been exhibited at the national academy of design, knickerbocker artists, american artist professional league, national arts club, kennedy gallery, bertuch galleries, art exchange, and the new jersey society of sculptors and painters.
Board – 24" high x 30" wide. Frame – 29 1/2" high x 34 1/2" wide.
Condition: Good, commensurate with age
