Notice to Bidders: This painting varies from the major bodies of work that Pereira was known for, in terms of style. Pereira was known, over her long career to experiment with various schools and different styles to achieve her artistic goals. Some these styles she adopted and adapted for her own interpretations. Many of her works do not fall into the distinct bodies of work for which she was to become known. Black-lighted evaluation of the work shows some areas of in-painting. The “Irene Rice Pereira” signature does not fluoresce or “pop” when evaluated under the black-light and appears to be original to the work.

The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Complete condition information is available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the auction. All lots are offered and sold "as is", and COLLECTive Hudson will not provide refunds based on condition. Timepiece movements, lighting and electrics have not been tested, and art has not been examined out of the frame unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING
COLLECTive Hudson does not provide any shipping or packing services. We will happily provide a list of recommended shippers who can provide shipping quotes prior to bidding. Shippers will also be listed on your invoice.
PAYMENT
All invoices totaling over $5,000 to be paid via wire transfer. All jewelry, watches and silver must be paid via wire. All Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.1% CC FEE. Absolutely no credit card transactions over the phone.
