The catalyzing element of everything. This is the gift of Enea Bracciali to infect the audience’s imagination with the various myths that inspire him. Both directly and indirectly, he constantly projects an image of what the Assemblage should be, thus influencing his own vision of himself and, consequently, what it actually is. In this way, Enea, who through the manipulation of the objet trouvé, becomes an ironic visionary utopian, paints a stimulating portrait of his profession as an artist-junk dealer. In him, his own creation is reflected with all its contradictions, creating a work atmosphere that combines the frivolous appearance of the choral line of a "musical" with the fervor of some obscure religious sect, merging extremes of great dedication with extremes of terrible indiscipline. Despite all the contradictions (and nothing is more creative than a contradiction), the result is a faith, as fleeting as it is evident, in one’s work, and a uniqueness of commitment that goes beyond such frank professionalism. This process is neither conscious nor deliberate, rather it is a natural consequence of the fact that this art is what it is. In the same way, the alchemical dynamics of the artist rarely express themselves through ethical and aesthetic rules, but rather through a glance; a game; a flash of bile or intuition. In short, for the creation of his works, Enea uses the magical charm of great leaders, obtained both by imposing his will thanks to sheer force of personality, and by inducing dedication in others through his own vulnerability.
