Luigi Giorgio was born in Italy in the mid-19th century. From childhood, he developed the ability to paint, decided to study art education, and in 1860 he started studying at the Roman Academy of Arts. , depicting romantic rural species native to Italy with elaborate paradigms, as well as work on historical themes.
In 1870 Baldero decided to continue his art education and relocated to France and attended the Paris Academy of Arts. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts and became a constant contributor to Parisian salons.
