Vautrin gained recognition for her decorative objects, jewelry, and mirrors, many of which featured repoussé and chased metalwork, poetic inscriptions, and mythological motifs. She is particularly renowned for her “Talosel” mirrors—crafted from a resin she developed in the 1950s—marked by their intricate layering and sculptural quality.
Throughout her career, Vautrin operated her own boutique in Paris and participated in prestigious exhibitions, earning her the nickname “the poetess of metal.
