NO RESERVE Johann Baptist Sonderland (monogram) oil on wood panel, monogrammed (signed) lower right. Housed in a baroque-style gilt bronze frame.
Artist Bio: Sonderland, a German genre painter, graphic artist, and illustrator, studied at the Düsseldorf Academy. He spent extended periods in Paris and Frankfurt am Main, later focusing mainly on illustration work.
