Belgian Art Deco jardiniere / planter with bold stylized floral decoration in cobalt blue, teal, yellow, and white. Rounded, footed form with a turquoise rim and base band. Underside stamped “KERAMIS / MADE IN BELGIUM” with hand-painted pattern number J.1558
