Ettore Caser Mythological art nouveau, Naiads (Nymphs) riding koi fish, early 20th century Oil painting on canvas artist board Signed to the lower right hidden by frame. Born in Venice, Italy, Caser showed a great passion and understanding of the Old Master techniques. Studying at the Art Academy in Venice, he developed his manner to reflect the Venetian tradition. As a skilled artist, Caser was also an etcher and decorator, adorning such estates as the Ginn Estate in Winchester, the Engineer’s Club in New York City, and the Peoples Savings Association in Toledo, Ohio. 20.25 x 18.25 Approx Art work. Framed measures 21.5 x 20 approx not examined oudt of frame but appears in good overall condition
