Ioan Nemtoi This vase is a vibrant red, yellow and blue work that was created by Ioan Nemtoi. The Artist-signed the vase. The vase has a black rim, with various designs in red, yellow and blue on a yellow ground. Born in Romania in 1964 he attended the Academy at Bucharest, his works are now selling all-over Europe and the USA and being shown in major art exhibitions and private collections and maintains a permanent exhibit at a dedicated Ioan Nemtoi Gallery in SoHo, New York Approximately.Art glass vase by Ioan Nemtoi 18" wide.
