Description
A circa 1940s vintage handwoven silk crepe furisode kimono, hand decorated with yuzen resist dyed design and surihaku metallic gold and metallic silver leaf accents. This silk crepe kimono features a peacock motif rendered in a color palette of purple, Kelly green, lime green, grey and gold. It is lined in white silk with an orange ombré hem. In good condition 52" sleeve span, 63" overall length. We are not kimono experts and will be limited with what we can answer. but garment is in good condition, commensurate with age
