Impressive Rare Large Camille Faure Limoges enamel over copper vase, France, circa 1930. Featuring a bold Art Deco design with layered geometric relief in shades of blue, white, pink, and black. Signed C. Faure, Limoges near the base.Camille Faure was a French enamel artist and entrepreneur who is highly regarded as one of the most innovative designers of the Art Deco era. He is best known for his work with the Limoges pottery company, where he revived the art of enameling in the early 20th century. Faure’s workshop produced vases, bowls, and other decorative objects with a distinctive three-dimensional, sculptural effect created by applying multiple layers of enamel to a copper form. His geometric and stylized floral designs, often featuring rich and vibrant colors, are particularly celebrated.
