Rare Tiffany Studio on Gustavsberg Base, Sweden/USA Circa 1900. Leaded Dichroic Glass, Glazed Ceramic and Patinated Bronze. The lamp features a colonial shade with a turtleback tile and a gustavsberg base with satyr heads in relief. Impressed to underside of oil font "Tiffany Studios New York 10020 TGDCO". Provenance: Sotheby’s, Chicago, 11 January 1998. Literature: Tiffany Lamps and Metalware, Duncan, pg. 178 Illustrates shade. 28.5"H to top of shade. Shade measures 7.5"H x 16"D. 28.5" H
