Vintage and Rare White Gold 1972 Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse 18K White Gold Wristwatch with Sigma Dial and original band. Band has the markings on it. Model Number 3648. Markings on inside. Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve Swiss, 18K, 0.750, Helvetia Hallmark, FBG, 2749510, 36481. Measures 7.75"L. I wore it for a week, worked well…Running at time of evaluation without detailed testing.
