Extraordinary antique 18K Gold Diamond carved neoclassical cameo bracelet ring and earrings set with box. G. Confalonieri Giojelliere Milano Roma" was a 19th century Milanese jeweler Confalonieri was appointed to the King of Italy, the King of Spain and the King of Portugal. Ring size – 7, ring top is 28mm x 20mm; Bracelet will fit approx. 7.25" wrist and is 40mm wide. Earrings are 65mm x 18mm. Tested 18k. Weight – 62.9 grams.
