Description
Large Wedgwood jasper plaque depicting a mythological scene based on The Fall of Phaeton, by George Stubbs. Nicely framed in recent moulding and wood panel backing with opening for impressed marks, dated 1977. A brass plate to the front. Dimensions: 17 1/4" high x 25 1/4" wide x 2" deep. Condition: Very good. Framing is recent, and also in very good condition.
