18k white gold ring with 5.74ct sapphire. The ring size is 5.75. The center stone is a round heat treated sapphire that measures 10.600mm x 10.50mm x 6.54mm. Total weight all inclusive is 2.60 dwt. minor marking throughout but in good condition.
