Mid-19th Century, Hudson River School, depicting a river view. Chalk drawing on paper in giltwood frame. Unsigned. Nicely executed early depiction of the mid-hudson river, including sailing ships and a riverfront home.
Sheet – 19 1/2" high x 23 1/2" wide. Frame -22 1/2" high x 26 1/2" wide.
Condition: Very good, commensurate with age. Some foxing. An area of water staining to verso. Frame having wear to gilt.
