Hand painted vintage tile top wrought iron side depicting hollywood notables. Vintage tile-top, wrought iron side/cocktail table. A unique nostalgic tribute to the screen stars of the pre-World War II entertainment industry. No visible signature.
The wrought iron base having scrolling designs, surmounted by a ceramic top with sixteen individual hand painted portrait tiles, each commemorating a movie star of the golden age of hollywood, including Irene Dunne, Joe E. Brown, Jean Harlow, Buddy Rogers, Greta Garbo, William Haines, Carole Lombard, and ten others. Suitable for indoor and outdoor uses.
19" high x 22 1/2" square.

The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Complete condition information is available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the auction. All lots are offered and sold "as is", and COLLECTive Hudson will not provide refunds based on condition. Timepiece movements, lighting and electrics have not been tested, and art has not been examined out of the frame unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING
COLLECTive Hudson does not provide any shipping or packing services. We will happily provide a list of recommended shippers who can provide shipping quotes prior to bidding. Shippers will also be listed on your invoice.
PAYMENT
All invoices totaling over $5,000 to be paid via wire transfer. All jewelry, watches and silver must be paid via wire. All Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.1% CC FEE. Absolutely no credit card transactions over the phone.
Condition: Very good. Very minor sporadic closed hairline cracks to several tiles. Some craquelure to tiles. Structurally sound.
