After earning her B.A. in russian from new york university, she studied woodworking at the center for furniture craftsmanship in rockport, maine. The artist creates beautifully executed, commissioned studio furniture as well as decorative boxes. This screen is the first piece she made following her fellowship there and it is featured on her website.
