Excellent Large Early Thai Sukhothai Bronze Buddha Head
Large Excellent Ancient Sukhothai Bronze Buddha Head. Likely 15th c., Thailand, in classic Sukhothai style, with serene expression, downcast eyes and flame of enlightenment on top of ushnisha, egg-shaped head, tight curls arched brow and hooked nose, with varied, deep brown and slight olive patina, made with lost wax process, iron chaplets inside the head are visible, (chaplets were used to separate inner clay core from outer clay vestment during firing), 9" wide x 17" high x 9.5" deep (base), 28"h with base approx

All lots are offered and sold "as is", and COLLECTive Hudson will not provide refunds based on condition. Timepiece movements, lighting and electrics have not been tested, and art has not been examined out of the frame unless otherwise stated.

COLLECTive Hudson does not provide any shipping or packing services. We will happily provide a list of recommended shippers who can provide shipping quotes prior to bidding. Shippers will also be listed on your invoice.
PAYMENT
All invoices totaling over $5,000 to be paid via wire transfer. All jewelry, watches and silver must be paid via wire. All Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.1% CC FEE. Absolutely no credit card transactions over the phone.
