Leonardo Nierman signed original Painting
This is an excellent example of the type of work that Nierman is known for.
Acrylic on Masonite, signed lower left, inscribed to verso and accompanied by gallery paperwork, presented in a gilt frame with linen backing. A leader in modern Mexican art, Leonardo Nierman creates paintings of abstract landscapes that are highly colorful and full of motion and velocity as though propelled by music. He also has had a wide following in the United States.
In 1972, he had a major exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in Mexico City and from that time has had exhibition venues throughout the world including the United States, Italy, Israel, Australia, Spain and Japan.
