Classic Orthodox icon, possibly of Russian or Greek origin. The upper segment portrays a saintly figure, adorned with a bejeweled crown and holding religious symbols, while the lower section illustrates a dynamic scene of a mounted rider with a structure in the backdrop. Executed in tempera on a wooden panel
