Description
Art Deco Junghans Oak and Brass Mantel Clock, Circa 1920
Junghans mantel clock from around 1920, made of oak with brass elements. It features an Art Deco design with geometric lines and brass-embossed numerals in the characteristic font of the era. The oak has a visible grain and is a rich brown color. The brass face plate has developed a patina over time. The clock’s hands are straightforward and made of the same brass material. This piece was manufactured by Junghans, a well-known German clockmaker.
