Plique a Jour 18K Gold Brooch Exceptional French Period Made Art Nouveau Period 18K Gold and Enamel accompanied with Independent Gemologist Report
Art Nouveau 18K Gold and Enamel Brooch. Weighs 18.2 grams approx.
One 18k yellow gold (French finness mark present), lady’s art noveau era pendant/brooch designed in a floral motif. Rising up from long, textured gold reeds are multi colored flowers displayed in shades of purple, green and blue. The green plique-a-jour technique is applied as a back drop. There is a removable pin, joint & "C" style catch is enhanced with a threaded application enabling it to be removed so the item can be utilized as a pendant.
