L.R Laffitte Watercolor on silk mounted on laid paper of Pancratium declinatum, Signed in pencil at the bottom. Contemporary French artist, born in 1943 specializing in painting mainly animals, birds, and flowers. More regularly painting in watercolor, he has also embarked on oils on lacquered board in an art-deco style for some of his ‘big game’ works, giving a more decorative approach.
