Willy Pogany, an original signed illustration watercolor and pencil drawing for "The Bilitis’ Songs" by Pierre Louys in 1926. (Hungarian and American) Mixed media blend of drawing, watercolor, and pencil on paper. Signed with his monogram "WP". Certainly, the erotic spirit of The Bilitis’ songs is found in this drawing. This drawing reflects back on his art nouveau and the style concerns of his work from the 1910s (before he left for the USA).
