Artist Bio: For over three and a half decades, Doug DeLind has been at the forefront of the art world, showcasing his talent at numerous national art fairs and galleries across the U.S. and Canada. De Lind boasts a BFA in sculpture and an MFA in ceramics. His exceptional work has been featured in prestigious magazines like American Craft, Ceramics Monthly, and Art News. Many institutions and collectors proudly include his sculptures and murals in their permanent collections. Highlighting his mastery in ceramics, he was commissioned by the transit authority for two significant projects: an expansive 8′ x 40′ horizontal ceramic mural and an impressive 6′ x 16′ vertical ceramic mural, both Raku-fired and situated in Michigan.
