Charles Fuchs (German, 1803-1874), mid-to-late 19th-century porcelain plaque painting. Hand-painted on porcelain depicting two women standing on a rocky shore, with one woman gazing out toward the sea while the other is beside a basket. The painting is signed "Ch Fuchs" in the lower left corner. The plaque is set within an ornate gilded frame.
