Signed Amandus Faure oil on canvas painting mounted on cardboard, Circa 1925
Faure was a member of the Secessionist movement and the German Künstlerbund, participating regularly in their exhibitions. He also repeatedly exhibited at the Great Berlin Art Exhibition in the years 1908 and 1913. Moreover Faure was a member of the Stuttgarter Künstlerbund and was honored in 1905 with the Gold Medal of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart
