Signed, Lucien Charles Edouard Alliot, (French, 1877 – 1967). Bronze pitcher, signed to body, ‘Alliot’. Body of vase cast in relief depicting a female figures.
Alliot was a student of Louis Ernest Barrias and Jules Felix Coutan and was well known for his figurative sculptures which were exhibited for many years at the salon de paris.
Measurements: 8 3/4 x 7 x 6 in. (22.2 x 17.8 x 15.2 cm.)
