Large Antique Majolica Dish with Peacock A stunning large polychrome enamelled earthenware dish featuring a raised relief of a peacock, its tail feathers vividly detailed. Beneath the bird, a banner with the Latin inscription “Filius Junonalis” (son of juno) adds to its classical charm. Traces of a signature can be found on the reverse.
