Japanese Meiji period bronze incense burner, late 19th century, finely cast with chiseled stylized relief motifs including birds and flora, supported on a tripod base with mythological beast feet. Topped by an elaborate pierced lid surmounted with a dragon finial.
Measurements: 18 3/4 x 7 x 5 in. (47.6 x 17.8 x 12.7 cm.) approx
