Narcisse Virgilio Díaz de la Peña oil on canvas painting, depicting the Roman goddess Diana returning with cherubs bearing flower baskets. Signed lower right. Narcisse Diaz, is a highly collected French landscape and figure painter and was founding member of the avant-garde "Barbizon" school of painting.
