Joseph Emmanuel Cormier, also known as Joseph Descomps (1869-1950), signed terracotta sculpture circa 1920. Numbered 23/200 or 300 and bears a foundry marking on the verso.

Bio: Joseph Descomps-Cormier was a French sculptor. His work was part of the sculpture event in the art competition at the 1924 Summer Olympics

Measurements: 13 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 5 1/4 in. (34.3 x 14 x 13.3 cm.) approx
