Patrick Leroy is a French painter known for his compositions with cubist accents, in which bright colors and geometric shapes blend. Beyond cubism, this oil on panel can also echo the work of the artists of the German expressionist group Die Brücke (The Bridge), founded in Dresden in 1905.
