French watercolor with ink line on paper painting depicting an elegant Parisian social scene before the Palais de Longchamp. Finely detailed figures in period dress populate the foreground, set against the monumental architectural backdrop and fountains of the palace.
Signed and dated Paris 1911 lower left, with the inscription “Au Palais Longchamps” visible along the lower margin.
