André Grozdanovitch was a French artist of Serbian origin, born in 1912 and active as a painter, watercolorist, engraver, lithographer, sculptor, and decorator. His work encompassed a broad range of subjects and media, including landscapes, urban views, and decorative projects. Grozdanovitch also collaborated with noted French glass decorator Robert Pansart; museum documentation records Grozdanovitch’s designs for the monumental engraved-glass decoration of the former Municipal Theater of Poitiers, a significant postwar decorative arts commission.
