Summary:
Karl Fabergé style sterling silver and guilloché enamel rectangular snuff box. The hinged lid and base are decorated with a checkered guilloché pattern beneath translucent light blue enamel. Centered on the lid is a monogram “M” set with rose-cut diamonds within a ribbon-tied laurel wreath. The interior retains its gilt finish.

Stamped STERLING SILVER and model number 338. Weight approximately 155 grams.

The box was likely commissioned for the American market and reflects the influence of the celebrated Fabergé workshops.
